Default Dear god how much is this going to cost to fix? Ugh

I've really done it now guys, I cant sleep at night even pondering on how much this is going to cost If I take it to my local Porsche Dealership to fix...

Heres the problem...

The Porsche crest has fallen off my key, I've heard different stories about how this crest is made with african blood diamonds, some even some say it is forged from Volvonium the strongest metal known to man.

Any ideas of what kind of a price I'm looking at here?

I feel for you.....might aswell send the car to the scrapper now becuase it's worthless..... It will never be the same after an incident like this..... Maybe you should just get a 996?

Man that is tough. Same thing happenned to me.

I went on ebay...bought a 996 remote lock/unlock key with the same crest. Pry it out...put it on my keys with superglue. Fit perfectly. Total cost was around $8 I think....because I got the key cheap.

What did you do with the 996 that came attached to the key fob for $8 - I reckon you got ripped off though ;-)

Mount the crest on your gold necklace and be done with it....

You do realize the key crest communicates with the clock. When they're not speaking, well let's just say it ain't pretty.

Less weight!

Or, you can start a new trend...

What's the next step for someone who has dedadged their engine decklid...a de-dadged key. You now have a R Gruppe key.

My little light still works in my key, shuttering every once in a while.

You guys are too funny.
