For Sale 911/964 Sport or Race Custom Exhaust System with Headers
As removed from my 93' 911/964 RS America Race Car.
Non-stainless 964 sport or race exhaust, dual tail pipe. Crude but effective. Gains much power (20hp or more, I have dyno sheets to prove this) over the stock 964 exhaust, and saves loads of weight. No cats. 1 oxy sensor bung in stock location. Flow Master Muffler has been reinforced for cracks a number of times by welding; it may not last forever without continuing to weld little repairs. But it works, you could also use it as a template and put in whatever you like in its location. I was told the headers were B&B when I bought the car but I have no way to verify this. It may also fit earlier 911's but I can't confirm fitment.
$500 obo (or best reasonable offer) plus ground shipping from western NY state.

I've run this system for to 2 full race seasons. The car dynoed with this system a fresh engine, FVD Masflow intake and custom Steve Wong Race Chip for 100 Octane Race Gas at 267 RWHP and 251 Torque on 10/2010. I'll email a copy of the dyno sheet to anyone with a serious interest in the exhaust.
