Customer color was a several thousand dollar option, which was different than special order colors.

Looking at the original bill of sale from my car, the match to sample mettalic paint was a 3190DM option (around $2300).

Owned it

I actually bought that Murano '89 C4 and owned it for several years. It was a good car. I sold it to Duttons in Melbourne - made a fortune out of it since I bought it for $37,000 in 2011.
