I love it! Seems like these cars come in every color under the sun.

I don't know the answer to your question, but I like the colour!

I was initially thinking white, but I've decided red wheels would look perfect with a red Carrera side stripe ...

I can tell one thing for sure, that color probably never saw the light of day new in the land of red, black, white and silver!

Great color! Beautiful actually. Now the interior, nnnnnnaaa, should have been black.... Now that would have been an awesome combo!

That is awesome.

You could actually get a 911 in any color you wanted.

There was the standard colors, the special order colors and the color of any choosing you wanted option.

The problem was very few original buyers or stocking dealers did. I guess they were worried about resale. It's ironic now that any time an unusual colored 964 comes up for sale, say Maritime Blue or Signal Green (both of which were standard colors BTW), there is no shortage of potential buyers for them including myself.

That color was offered from the factory, it was not special-order.
I'd seen the name in the factory documentation but never an actual picture. Looks nice!

I think the color was possible to get in the earliest cars 1989-1990 , I ran across one years ago in uk which was LHD... so there is one with the wheel on the right side as well

I am pretty sure any colors other than the standard Guards Red, Black, GP White, and Silver were considered special order "factory" colors.

Customer color was a several thousand dollar option, which was different than special order colors.

Hmmm interesting. It appears I am wrong. Murano Green was a standard color for 89-90 and all the metallics were special order colors til 91. Then they had standard, SOC and SOMC, and then gone back to just standard and special order colors. Wow, they had a lot of factory colors for 964s
