Upper door frame/side window don't align.

I have not seen the car in person, but got these pictures/issue pointed out after a PPI
Notice how the alignment is off. *click thumbnails for larger pictures*

Per the shop, the door aligns/closes/everything properly, so the problem is with the upper door frame or the side window. Would this be an easy fix or points towards more problems?

The car may have had the roof replaced at some stage and the replacement was poorly aligned??? Just a guess, but after a bare metal respray on my 964, they found the roof had been replaced at some stage (for some reason) and the replacement roof was sitting a little too low, hence the front windscreen didn't fit in correctly. I would never had know had it not been for the respray........
