Frank - I am in. I booked the Wild Pheasant. My plan will be to pick car up from RPM Technik on the Sat morning and drive to the hotel from there. Meet up at the Esso garage @ 11am on the Sunday

This will be my first drive of the car for months and with new paint, suspension and brakes...what better way to break it back in

Thus far then, it's looking like:

Me & Paula
Porsche964FP
Wikkid911
GT Two
C2Dweller
Ray Stobbs
Freedman
Sal 965
Time666
Nski
Bigunit_271078
Carl964
Sten
I.Chadburn
Robmug
Screamingflat6

No problems if any of the above can't/don't make it. Ditto if anyone else would like to come along.

Simply be at the Esso garage on the very edge of Ruthin on the A525 towards Denbigh for 11.00-ish. Don't forget to bring a picnic lunch.

Currently double booked for the 10th, hence why I haven't chimed in yet. If things change I'll there

Wikkid and I usually go past Queensferry about 10.20 ish and then stop for fuel at the Mold Shell station so we might see you enroute.

I might be bringing a friend in his track bias 944 martini if that is ok.

Rob, if you feel left out of the 964 experience I don't mind at swapping with you for some time in the roadster. I. Love. Those. Cars!

Damn. Wish I still lived in London. Heading up to Wales for a drive is a treasure I miss dearly.

I hope all are safe and have a brilliant time.

Definetly in John.

I'm booked at the wild pheasant also. Plan to leave west London in the morning - 10 or so.

Any London 964 owners going up Sat want to convoy from a convenient point along the root?

The sound of one flat six is awesome, the sound of several ( and the view ) is truly awesome.

Hey Rob,

I was going to bring mine a brabus 125bhp as tuned by smart times but I better come in a porker,we don't want everyone selling up for plastic car's.

But serious smarts rock as a second car and fuel they just don't use it, I suppose with all my big engined cars I can say my smartie offsets my carbon foot print.

Gaz,

911sc on da run or silver roadster if lashing down extremely like Noha's going to turn-up.

PLASTIC DON'T RUST!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Has your car got paddle shift? What will you do if I fall in love with the roadster and won't give it back? I've already been on evilbay tonight looking at purchase potential. I guess I should have bought in the winter when prices were probably more favourable...

Nope; not got paddleshift; mine's a bit lacking in options...but most can be retrofitted easily (I've already added cruise control).

paddle shift wheel on ebay is about £200, plus some wiring fiddling. Not sure I'm that fussed...the auto seems to work well, adjusts very quickly to driving style, and there's also the gearstick which can be nudged up or down.

If you like it, well...I'd reluctantly swap.

Can't go ... I've got a Stag-do the previous day in Cardiff

Did think about drinking water the night before and sneaking off at 8am - but that meant leaving the car out overnight
