Hello again John! I may see you on Sunday although I won't be in my car yet. I was hoping to have a ride with Paul (Polar 964) but his son Harvey will be with him, and so I have PM'd Baz (Sten) and Carl (Carl 964) to see if I can Blag/beg a ride out with either of them on the day. Only time will tell if I make on the day, but I really hope I make it??!! Say hello to Paula from me anyway.

I suppose with a only a few days to go we should deal with the most serious issue and question for Sunday.

What type cake is prefered?

Hoping to be able to join you on my first Rennlist North Wales run! There's a chance work could ruin those plans but at the moment it's looking like I'm free on Sunday.

But, and this is an important but, what is your favourite?

Remember though that "lots" is a bit too general.

Hello to anyone that's going on Sunday's run and won't have a passenger! I'd really like to go on the run if possible as I went on all of last years, and am calling on your generosity/pity in asking if anyone could offer me a ride on the day? I would normally attend in my own C4 but I'm in the process of getting Bilsteins fitted all round and also needing to get my bumpers replaced so can't drive it just yet. I could reward any taker with cake if necessary?!! Thanks in advance. Brian.

Hi John/All,

sorry if this is a daft question but I dont know Wales at all and was just checking the meeting pt on google maps from the hotel (Wild Pheasant).

Seems i am about 16miles away and would head towards Ruthin/ Denbigh on A542 which then joins the A525. Is the Esso garage on the A525 (Wrexham Road) before you hit Ruthin...or is through Ruthin and on the other side as you head towards Rhewl/Denbigh?

Just chasing my car being ready for pick up tommorrow but 99% I will be there Sunday.

It's on the other side towards Rhewl, just before the roundabout with Ruthin North Link Road

[bw bring the cake and you will get a ride am on my own]

Thanks Ray for the offer of a ride, I was just going to post a reply to say that Carl964 has already offered me a ride on Sunday. I'll try and search you out on the day to introduce myself. It should be a fantastic day as the weather will be fine and sunny. See you then. Brian.
