Headlamp Bezel
The driver side headlamp bezel is missing on my 1992 964. Can this just fall off while driving? Also just had my front end rebuilt, new struts, tie rod ends, boots etc. along with new steering rack. Would the mechanic need to remove the headlights to access any areas to do the front end work? The bezel is gone only one day after I picked the car up from the shop.

The work you mention has nothing to do with the bezel. It could fall of if the screw was loose. Or if the mechanic maybe did some work on your lamp, like adjusting the beam. Or, someone stole it while parked...

Burning Brakes
As mine is a daily driver I have replaced all the lens screws with security headed screws...tail lights are different than turn signal, headlamp, etc

I found a new bezel and gasket. I have them now. The kit did not come instructions to install it. Does any one have input on this?
Also no sent were the pieces that cover the screw holes. Where does one get these?
