(slave cylinder remount) ok, got it on just fine after taking off the brake ducting (which we clearly should have done the first time). Got enough direct pressure to mount it on the clutch fork just fine. that extra space made all the difference. Did mount the slave dry, and then filled after we got it remounted.

yup, def opened the bleed valve and used a pressure bleeder when putting in the new fluid. Worked like a charm to get a nice clean line.

Really appreciate the responses, helped us get back on track.
