Thanks guys.

I'm thinking next time ( weather permitting ) I'd like to put together some moving shots from different angles and taken from other people's cars.

This would require choreography and stopping/ starting to change angles.

I'm going to look on eBay for some cheap radios/ walkie talkies to help with stops, overtakes ( and those that get lost sometimes ), would make the drives more sociable too!

Overall it will give the movies more variety and naturally would raise the production value significantly.

Don't worry I wont show up with 2 camera units, grips, ADs, DPs and a script ( I'd love that though ) !

I can imagine everyone cued up on the walkie talkies as the road opens up from 1 lane to 2 and over the roar of the aircooled flat 6 we hear Frank yell "Boys - I am dropping the hammer!!!" as he roars past in his helmet and mellow yellow overalls

Frank maybe Hans Zimmer will write us an original score .....

How was the biking?

Thanks Tony will check that out.

Is everyone alright with the riots going on?

Ealing which is up the road from me was pretty badly hit. I'm happy there will be 16,000 Police men tonight. Although I may leave London if it heats up too much.... !

Guys - pretty mad around my area (east london).....must have passed a dozen cops on way home tonight and lots of shops were closed and boarded up...like preparing for the apocolypse.....my other half went out for milk by herself and a cop asked her to please return inside. Walked out this morning and the local casino had its doors smashed in. My car is down stairs....2 electric garages doors protecting it......so far so safe.

Sounds good Vic, I bought an old Peugeot race bike from Portobello market for £100 Love it, although the whole thing needed a major service! Now a bike roof rack would be nice

Wow. Glad to hear your Porker is safe and sound! Mine is under it's new blanket, glad I bought it although hopefully it won't attract curiosity tonight, security light is on. Will be sleeping with the alarm on Probably overkill but safer than sorry!

Emma and I went pre-dark drive through next door Ealing... It's a ghost town, boarded up and swarming with Police.

Monday night was crazy (I live just down the street from Clapham Junction). The little punks set a shop on fire about 400 metres from my house, and spent 90 minutes looting the local Debenham's and a bunch of smaller shops. The police eventually waded in with armored cars and helicopters whirring away overhead. It was like something out of a movie.

Luckily, the car is in a garage but I still stayed up until 4am. Armed with a Zulu assegai (spear) I recently brought back from Johannesburg as a wall decoration I'm reasonably sure that I would have used it if anyone touched the Pork!

Last night was quiet, hope it continues. Amazingly, most of the broken shop windows were already repaired by the time I got home from work last night.

Glad your all-right Ben, must have been a scary night being so close to it.

Hope there is no repeat!
