Default Need HELP Headlight assembly
Hi All,

I took my headlight apart to clean it.

I put the clips back in.



when I try to insert the light into the fender it does not fit properly at the bottom and leave a gap.



When I remove all the clips the light fits nicely but the lenses wobbles. So it seems that the clips are in the way.

I tried to fit the clips some other way but I could figure it out.

Any help is appreciated.

For an H4 light, make sure the clips are correctly positioned (equidistant around the rim). There are 6 upper and 5 lower clips (different profiles) per light.

Hi All,

I put the clips in wrong. They need to go in the other way round.

here is the picture how it is supposed to look
