Default 1990 v 1993 grand prix white

can one expect factory original GP white paint from 1990 to "perfectly" match the same paint from 1993 ?

no, not perfectly.
all paint oxidize to some extent. even if they were parked in the same spot for the same duration the "fading" may still be somewhat different. close i am sure, but not PERFECT.

mooty is right. To a large extent it depends on how much time each car has spent in the sun.

You also need to check the paint code and year, there are different shades of the factory grand prix white! They can range between a warm tone to a cool white even in the same year. Best to have a good paint shop look at the actual chip and the car to confirm...
