I went to the PCA Club Races at Summit Point, WV this weekend. I had never been before, and had a great time watching many races. There were even some excellent DE "races". Summit's website is:

Just over an hour from the Washington Beltway. An easy trip into WV.

For those of you who have not been to watch, I highly recommend it. There was no admisision fee. I was surprised that it seemed like the only spectators were friends of racers; very few "walk-ons" like me and my motorhead buddy. Summit Point is a great place to watch racing since there are so many vantage points. My personal favorite is the bridge where cars in the uphill straight are flying underneath you! It's a pretty sturdy bridge, but the pressure wave from the car(s) actually shakes the bridge! Never ceased to amaze me how fast these guys are going. Mostly 911's and Boxter/Caymans, but a few 944's. 964's were very competitive with the 996/997's.

There's another thread on RL about the races:

For those of you who don't club race, but like to imagine yourself doing it, you just have to go see this sometime! It was a blast! Everyone is very friendly and willing to tell you about their cars. Even saw a Ford GT and an Audi R8 in the paddock.

Sorry that I forgot to get any pic's or video. Got wrapped in making sure I had all my camping gear instead! BTW, you can check out the other tracks at Summit Point where regular guys can "race". If you live in the greater DC area, you really owe it to yourself to check it out. Cheers.

Found a good video from the RL Racing forum. Watched this guy win his sprint in his 911! BTW, this is how I got hooked into 911's, by watching a classic's race day at SP about 5 years ago.
