No- I'm not going to bid on it.
I think (hope) I'm allowed to tell you:

It has a new DME.
It needs:
ABS hydraulic control unit. (I priced one at a yard at $750).
Spoiler Control Unit.
Cruise Control Unit.
It likely needs new carpet and padding. But it has been literally baking here in Phoenix since the flood on 7/29/10.

Upgrades:
Bilstein/HD
Yokohoma S-drives (probably 60% remaining).
Alpine w/ bluetooth/ iPod interface
New JBL speakers
Recent valve adjustment w/ new plugs.
Engine oil and transmission fluid (rear/front- C4) were changed prior to firing/driving after the flood.
Everything worked on the car except I was in the process of replacing the passenger sunroof cable. Also, the A/C blew fairly cold. I purchased but never got around to installing a new expansion valve. (It's in a box w/ the car).
The car drove beautifully before the flood. Clutch probably has a a couple of years left.
I have a 3 inch stack of receipts, and it has a full service history.
I want it to go to a good home- not parted-out.

I don't see why you can't say whatever you want about the car, as the previous owner.

Pure water isn't a good conductor. Electrolytes (salt) and suspended minerals make it more conductive. Thus, sea water, or flood water containing a bunch of crap from the factory down the street, will be a lot more conductive than rain water that fell from the sky.

Is there any way to find out what the car went for?
