Will a 10" wide wheel fit in the rear with a 48 offset?

One 6 hour round trip later with a little pit stop in portland to hang out with a friend, and I am now the proud owner of a set of kickass BBS LM replicas. Not sure how much the wheels alone weigh, but with the tires mounted on them, they weigh 50 lbs for the 18x8" front and 55 lbs for the 18x10" rear. Assuming the front 235 section tire weighs about 23-24 lbs and the rear 275 section is 27-28 lbs - that would make the wheels about 26-28 lbs each.
I couldn't wait till tomorrow to get them mounted up so I did it when I got back at 1:30am. They look AMAZING. Even with the stock 4x4 height suspension, the car looks transformed. It looked so frumpy with the 16" chrome D90s. Now it looks like a proper sports car. They're missing center caps though - I'm thinking about doing a set of red center caps and painting the calipers red to make them pop on my black on black car. These are pics of the wheels - pics to come mounted..

Aside from the tires being a bit too tall, they fit without issues. The fronts rub at full lock - I think because the tires may be too tall, but not sure. Is 235/40-18 too large for the fronts? I know that the typical size is 225/40-18, so that would lead me to believe the same divisor of 40 would make the sidewall too tall:

Those wheels look exactly like the one I have. I could never figured who made them, always though they were Linea Corsea. Good reproduction for a replica. They used actual wheel bolts. You can unbolt them.

Hmm I have a feeling ours are both from the same manufacturer then, because mine have bolts that go all the way through the wheel too (not glued on the face). Apparently it's a sign of a better quality replica. What tire sizes are you running? I'm thinking about putting 225s up front, but am concerned about stretching the tire too much on the 8.5" wide rim.

Hey Jamie! Hows it goin! Hows it feel to be back home?
It already went to good use
The M3 in my sig got some special attention. But now I'm thinking about selling it - a little company called Protomotive is calling my name.
Hows your car? How have you put the deployment bucks to work?
