Default Strange window behaviour

I replaced the dead passenger window motor on Saturday and it appears that was not the only problem. The drivers side window works fine but the passenger window only works some of the time. Do they have seperate relays or something?

I had a similar problem and it turned out the switch for the passengers window, but on the driver's side was only working intermittently. The drivers side switch was shorting out and this was causing not just the window problem but also a battery drain issue. Since cleaning the switch I haven't had any major issues.

if the passenger side switch on the drivers door is bad the passenger window wont work at all.
