Default selling my 1990 964 C2 silver/black w/115K miles

all,

after much thought i have decided to sell my car. i am in seattle, wa.

i purchased my car in march 2009 and have put about 3500 miles on it. i drove the car home from los angeles when i purchased it and then took another drive to san francisco in september....i just don't drive it much anymore and eventually i will be back in the porsche circle when the family resposibilities take less of my time..

california car...great looking and well taken care of over the years...exterior looks excellent and has minor normal wear like some scratches under the front bumper - car was completely repainted about 10 years ago and still looks great...black interior is excellent a previous owner installed cup holders on the interior door panels and seen in photo.
like several of these cars it has a some oil leaks which i never got around to investigate or fix....also the previous owner removed the cel warning light bulb and the airbag warning light bulb....from research on the rennlist forum, these are related to the clock connections...never concerned me because the clock works great, car passes emissions with flying colors and runs excellent...great driver and very tight....when i purchased the car last year i had the shop that serviced the car in los angeles do a compression test and the results were great....they also did a complete tuneup including all filters.

*recent windshield rust repaired professionally - paint matches beautifully, new oil pressure sender, sunroof cables replaced and sunroof completely lubricated....upgraded aluminum pedals and fabspeed crossover kit on exhaust

original dealer stamped (vasek polak porscheservice book to 90K miles then the car was serviced by a private shop.

here is a basic list of information:

-115,350 miles
-serviced from new to 90K miles at vasek polak dealership, hermosa, calif....original service book contains all dealer stamps.
-new clutch at 105K miles
-complete tuneup w/distributor caps, rotors, plugs and filters at 112K
-newer tires

price is firm at $13,750 which gives the next owner a couple of thousand dollars to address the oil leaks and warnings lights if so desired. my direct email is: cerialephotography@yahoo.com

Nice! GLWS, and it appears you also have aero-mirrors, a front splitter, and are those upgraded calipers or just red paint (either way, nice touch)

I saw this posting before on craigslist and actually reached out to you, but wasn't able to connect before you sold it.

Sounds like a decent deal, but to be honest, the fact that the CEL bulb was removed is actually illegal per california statutes (not sure about washington's) and I know you didn't do it yourself, pretty sketch..

"sad"?
Amusing maybe, but I wouldn't call it "sad". It's the American Way.
I think the guy is wasting his time - it was priced right in the previous sale - but I've been wrong before.

And I still don't get how it passes emissions with a disabled CEL.
