Default BBS wheel question?

Is this wheel still offered by BBS. If so, is it called the GT2 wheel? THX Kopo

No. The magnesium wheel centers are no longer available from BBS as a set. They have a few left that they sell as replacements for already existing sets. HOWEVER, they offer a machined aluminum version which looks nearly identical, is stronger, and almost as light. If you set the two side-by-side, the differences would be that the aluminum is smooth, the magnesium is rough, the aluminum spokes are machined out in the center to be lighter. Personally, the aluminum look just a bit better and more refined. From a distance, or while moving, you cannot tell the difference.

Call BBS motorsport in Georgia and they'll be able to help you.

Ouch. I don't think my mortgage payments would like me to get a set of them

I have 3 sets of them for my RSR. I recently had to replace 2 cracked centers at $450+ each center.

$1400 each for the machined aluminum version also? If so, the LM's are starting to look a lot better. :-)

FWIW, thanks to the strong dollar, Carnewal sells them for around $1100 each right now.
