Default Tires

Am in need of tires, and have it on good authority the Yoho Advan Neova AD08 are the bomb. sticky yet compliant. Me likey the sounds of that.

I have the turbo Cup 1's (7 and 9) The wheels currently run 215/45 & 245/45. Is there a better stagger for these wheel widths?

Thanks all.....

I think the wider rubber up front helps manage heat better at the track but if you're only carving canyons, I'd stick with 205/255 => lighter, sharper steering. Also, skinny tires are better in the rain (if you ever get any!) and you don't have the "rub" at full lock.

Less understeer with the wider fronts. They made my car handle very neutrally.

It's 205/50/17 and 255/40/17. Those are the stock sizes for 17-inch rims and give you a 25-inch OD front and rear. Looks like Tirerack has a $40 off deal on those tires.

Have fun!
