Default fantastic

Kev,

Looks great and all the hard work is worth it, I hope my light restoration on my old targa turns out as good.
I thought your going to Le-mans classic ? as its the daddy for proper Porscher 934's 935's making the ground rumble and blowing 6ft flames in the night.
I cannot wait till July its the only place to be if your a real Porscher nut.

But the car looks great!

Gaz.

Hi Gaz,

i am off to the Classic . We'll meet up and have a few beers. I have to get the exhaust sorted, serviced and the brakes looked at first.

Cheers

Default le-man

Kev,

Yeah I'll pm my mobile number nearer the day and we can meet up.
It's a shame they stopped the strip club wagon, that used to be a popular meeting place in the past.(I don't really know why?)
But being serious were staying with travel destinations and I'll pm you more info nearer the day.
The crossing is the over night one, Wednesday from Portsmouth to Carne and we drive usually the scenic route through France.
I'm in Chiswick tomorrow picking up my new toy, don't laugh!!! smart roadster coupe Brabus I need one ozone friendly car.

Gaz

Looks good.

You may have posted this before but what modifications have you done to the engine (and what bhp is it producing)?

Most of the mods are cosmetic with no significant engine mods.
The car has the following RUF mods:

ECU
ADJUSTABLE SUSPENSION
18" RUF SPEEDLINE WHEELS
RUF CUP PIPE
ANTI ROLL BARS
FRONT LIP SPOILER
STRUT BRACE
MIRRORS
STEERING WHEEL
PEDALS

Other mods are:

964 TURBO REAR SPOILER
RECARO SPG XL SEATS
SABELT HARNESSES
FULL SAFETY DEVICES ROLL CAGE
RS DOOR PANELS
REAR SEAT DELETE
REAR WIPER DELETE
NEW CARPET/SOUNDPROOFING REMOVED
GT3 FIRE EXTINGUISHER
RADIO DELETE
HEATER BYPASS DUCT (TO BE FITTED)
RS BONNET STAY
RS BATTERY CUT OFF

The car is booked in for a Hayward and Scott exhaust in the next 2 weeks. The next thing on the agenda are the brakes.

Kev
