Default Blower Motor??

I just added the 993 exchangers to my 964 and am loving the new sound and feel of the car, however, what's the solution for connecting the blower motor to the exchanger and how necessary is this?

Thanks!

I took my blower motor out and have not missed it. It will still blow hot air but it comes from the fan up front(?) so it comes out about 70% slower.

Assuming then that there are no issues with such things as cooling of the engine? Thought that the connection between the exhaust and the blower had something to do with how long the fan stayed on after shut down??

Thanks !

The RS just has a hose connecting from the duct to the exhaust. There are carbon fiber after-market ones around, but expensive. My mechanic just plugged mine up and ran a small tube from the plug to the distributor.

I don't have an answer to your question, but I would be interested in some pictures of the install including the muffler you used.

Biggles: Didn't you have to rotate the flanges on the 993 exchanges? How did you do that?
