Let us know how it goes. The last paint job on my car they tried to tape over the seal and it looks bad. I would like to replace the seal and see if that helps. Eventually I plan to have a respray done.

This part is now of my car...

I had to loosen all bolts under the hood, inside of the door and under the plastic over the wheel and then try to get the gap a little bit bigger.
But one thing is for sure, the fender is really really hard to move...

Then it was just to pull it away.

Now i have to order a new one, i hope the deliverytime is short and that i can put the new one in place after paint

Thanx for your help!

My car is back from the paintjob of the fender and a new rubberpart is back on the car.
It was absolutly possible to do with the fender on the car, just loosen all bolts and press a little to make the gap some mm wider.

I used some concentrated carwash when i put the new one in place. I cut up i gap to the hole in the rubberpart so i diddnt have to take out the left bolt (the one inside the fender from the door that is hard to reach).

I guess it take about 1,5hour to take of and 1hour to put on again.
