I saw your posts on the Canon forums and wanted to reply, but the G+N rules are pretty dracionian. These photos are good, and I have a lot to learn to catch up, and what's funny, its a new skill entirely looking/critiquing photos. I was going to post that she's waiting for her new heater tubes, thus she's a little tense looking.

My question: what is it about the lighting that makes her eyes kind of hollow-set? Is it a deep shadow? I ask as my wife is obsessed with her eyes and I can never get that part right?

I know: Everyone's a critic.

Tom- the eyes is a good catch. It's purely a lack of light due to the strip softbox I used. Pretty narrow focus of light, and not much got to her eyes.
