17 or 13 cm Rear Speaker Replacement in a Cab??
Has anyone fitted either 17 or 13 cm replacements for the old rear sidewall speakers in a cab? Pioneer do have some fairly shallow fitting two way and three way units but will they go in without fouling the movement of the hood frame?

let me know how you get on as I am also planning on upgrade Sadly the rear speakers leave alot to be desired in sound quality.
you can try a search I know this has been discussed before I plan on upgrading door speakers also

Infinity's are very good , also can recommend Alpine SPS400 4" Coax, low mount, which is what i used in my installation, and fit without any issue.
for the fronts highly recommend Boston SX50 Speaker 5.25 component system , 2 way (maintains separate tweeter set up).
imo, if you are going to do speakers you should consider upgrade of the head unit and new amp (the stock units are of exceptionally low quality and certainly not befitting of quality car).
