battery "hold down"?
Was just under the hood and saw that nothing is ancoring my battery down - looks like there should be though. Checked Pelican Parts and didn't see any part for that. Is there some kind of bracket or strap combo?

Yes, there is a factory metal bracket bolted to the floor as seen below (with an aftermarket battery).
Part number (from PET) is 964.611.209.01
