Hi All

I am in the process of replacing one of the rear wheel bearing's in my 1993 carrera 2.
I have removed the old one but it is a different size to the one I have purchased from Euro Parts UK.
Euro parts have said that they only list one bearing size for a 964. It is too big to go into the trailing arm and the hub rattles in the centre of it.
Does anyone know if there are different sizes?
Any help would be appreciated.

Hi,

The standard-bodied C2/C4 rear wheel bearings, '89-'94, are the same: 999.053.042.06.

Turbo's use the 999.053.050.01 bearings which are wider.

Thanks for the info.
I think Euro Parts have but there label on the wrong box as the original(german) number is 999.053.055.02.
So I obviosly have the wrong part

Thats a 996-997-GT3 rear wheel bearing,....
