.................... .................... ................ I hate looking at something this beautiful that I cant touch. Probably why I do not frequent strip clubs.

Its been on craigslist here locally for several months. He is well known for bringing 959's to the states and homogenizing and modifying them. You can see some of his past sold cars here.

Not sure I would buy anything from Canepa after this mess.

Prices are higher in the US since they were not street legal here and needed to be homogenized.

If they are capable of scamming someone here in the US with a US car already in our databases, can you imagine what could be done with a grey market VIN?

"Werks I" steering wheel? That is a 930S wheel. Who the heck would spend $500,000 on a museum piece with Pelican Parts mods?

It seems it is even a *replica* 930S wheel, judging by the glue job on the right and left spokes...

Anyway, spending half a mil on a car that no one can maintain except the seller, who has that nasty blotch on his rep is a weird idea to say the least.

This car is featured in the latest 911 & Porsche World mag with Canepa himself. It says the roll cage is a canepa addition, but why would you add an aftermarket cage to such a special car???

The 959 is looking a little dated now, but I wouldn't say no!!!
