Hard to tell from the angle but looks like no (slight) flare to the rear arch, flat against the sides which means 68 or earlier. The tires look narrow and the height indicates an early car too; steelies were usually in 912s. The rear view mirror is steel and wipers pointing at the passenger side, Durant or Talbot ( hard to tell from photo) mirror all fits for 68 or earlier but no later.
The color looks like Bahama Yellow or Sand beige both more common pre 69 but more common on 912s. All points to a 1966-1968 912 but go check it, a glance in the engine bay will tell you and if it is a 911 get a serial number, could be a 67 S with factory racing history, maybe a R model.
