I was hoping to hear from those of you that have rollbars mounted in your 964's - what combo of rollbars and seats are you using?

I'd love to know what brackets and mounts are used on the seats, if you're using aftermarket seats.

And, any photos to show it off would be awesome.

Here's what I had on my 964:

Recaro Pole Position seats
Momo side mounts
Momo sliders
DAS roll bar
No back braces

I've found that sliders and side mounts are practically the same across the board, so the brand isn't really important.

So the Momo / Sparco / Recaro sliders mount directly to the 964's floorpan? Without any need for an adapter?

For PCA club racing, a seat back brace is required ONLY if your components were manufactured >6 years ago and do not meet FIA 8855-1999 safety standards. Most racing gear has an FIA or SFI certification label on it.

As for mounting to the floorpan, you actually bolt the slider right to the seat rail where your Factory seats attach.

I had the DAS bar (painted white for my GP car), Recaro Pole Positions. We used the BK mounts instead of the Recaros - worked out better for me.

Hmm - interesting. So the sliders from the various manufacturers just bolt right on? Or is it necessary to drill new holes in the sliders to make them align with the seat rail mounting points?
