I have a an '89 C4 and today the alarm has gone on whether or not the doors are lock and whether or not the engine is running. The first time it happened the car was parked where I couldn't hear it and the alarm continued until the battery drained. After I got a jump and was on an hour drive home, the alarm went on for 30 to 60 seconds 6 times. According to the Streather 964 guide, it is internally fused so is there anyway to disable it before I get it check out short of disconnecting the battery? Thanks, in advance.
