Default RUF RCT wheel questions

Anyone have pics of RUF 964 RCT wheels in 18" & price check? This style wheel was also made in 17". These are not the 993/996 flat style wheel. Thanks

I don't have these wheels but I did quick Google search and found some photos of a 964 with them.

As for cost, have you checked Ruf's website?

Default ruf 964 wheels

The 18" (flush faced) wheels you sometimes see on the 964 and often on 993 are made by OZ Racing for Ruf and can still be purchased from Ruf new

The older 18" 964 wheels ( inset and show a lip ) were made by Speedline for Ruf and are no longer available new. These shipped on BTR2 and earlier RCT/ Evo conversions by Ruf.

I had a set of both for my BTR2 and grew to prefer the Speedlines. These look great, if you can find a set used. I have also seen them mounted on 968 cars.

There are pretty good knock offs floating around Craigs list, ebay etc. You can get a full set for the cost of one.

Yea yea I know the lecture about aftermarket....

I like the dinky 17 inch 7 & 9 Cup 1's !

Even on my Vanagon.

I was temped on the 3.6 Speedline 18's though. Wife said too much bling...

Pete, you're running 7+9X17 Cup I, on a RS America?

Does anyone have an idea of how much the Ruf rims weigh, both in 17" or 18" Someone is trying to sell me used 17" Ruf, but not really willing to change them unless they're lighter the 17" cup 1s (my current set is a replica - may be heavier than OEM, I think). Also, RUFBTR seems to suggest that Ruf's rims for the 964 are 18", and not sure if the ET for the 17" may be correct. TIA.
