Santa was early and his sleigh was rolling on BBS.

I must have been very good this year because Santa dropped off some wheels last night. The very same wheels I have been lusting over since I was about 10 years old. First impression, they are huge wagon wheels lol. They are also lighter than I expected. The Porsche will now be perfect IMHO.![rockon](https://rennlist.com/forums/graemlins/rockon.gif)

What are the best size tires for a street driven C4? I think they are 8" and 9.5" wide.
18" BBS RS GT (they might look familiar

And I had just finished sending you D90 kudos... those wheels change everything. Is that a black chrome finish? 18" and you're car already has a great stance! Can't wait to see them on the car!
225/265?
I love my Sumitomo's!

The BBS are the normal polished aluminum. They are like works of art, I am very pleased. ![burnout](https://rennlist.com/forums/graemlins/burnout.gif)
Thanks for the link, that is a good deal on good tires.

Very nice Blue! I have used the Sumitomo's on my 996 for 2 years now. They are great street tires but way too hard for any track use. I went from 6,000 miles on PS2's to 9,000 miles on Sumis. on the rear. One word of caution is that they do run small. I have now gone up a size to get the same amount of rubber as the PS2's.

I am currently reading every tire review on the internet. Argh so many brands, models, prices, and opinions.
I have not bought car tires in ten years, they were RE-71s. LOL
Dunlop DIREZZA Star Specs are in the lead.
