Thank you very much for the info. and pics. I must say, IMHO, that you have been an invaluable source of information for a long time, and it appears you're not planning on slowing down anytime soon!
Just curious, based on the first pic. of your car's setup, what muffler(s) you chose; were you focused more on sound quality/noise abatement, or max. performance/least restriction?
In case it's not obvious, I'm planning to take this route in the near future as well, and although there are several complete systems on the market, I'm looking to keep it simple and effective, and primarily for performance (vast majority of use for my car is on track).
My Carrera has B&B headers w/ Flowmaster 2x2 muffler. It's not track legal around here. but is fine for the street(go figure).
I just wanted to get something on there when I installed it 12 yrs ago.
Fabspeed has a similar set up w/ headers and their own muffler which is much quieter but still sounds great and is what I'd probably use if I had to do it all over again today.
(Bill V) you have been an invaluable source of information for a long time, and it appears you're not planning on slowing down anytime soon!
+1,000!!!!
A number of 964 racers I know use the S-Car-Go headers with Burns Stainless. Lots of fabrication required and not cheap but the cars sound great and go like stink! http://www.scargoracing.com/html/headrs.htm

My builder, Protomotive, tried the SCARGO against a B&B. Settled with the B&B.
