Default Original ToolKit Qs

Hi,

Could you tell what these parts of the 964 ToolKit, are supposed to do?

I borrowed the toolkit from some other thread.

Thanks,

Daniel

Do you mean the items circled in green or all of the tools? I see a tow hook, a lug wrench, a key for a lug nut lock, the 10mm triple square and 24mm wrench for changing the fan/alternator belt, a spark plug socket, etc

I mean the green circled ones. The extra 12/13mm wrench, the "converter" and the thingy to the top right.
Thanks,

The tool in the middle is the flexible spark plug wrench/extensions.

I don't think the strange tool in upper right corner is a part of the tool kit. Never seen it before, probably something from a previous owner.

.....That's the manual crank handle for the sunroof....in case you might ever have to close or open it after or during a problem with the motor or elec. issues....Of course you have to unzip the headliner and remove the pcs. of headliner pad first...Good luck

Aha, I don't have a sunroof. That's why I haven't seen it before!

The one on the left is to loosen the compressor bolts to replace belts and works great on the lock nut for the adjuster at least that is what the 13mm side is for. Middle one is an extension for wrench that goes in the fan tip. and the third is for the sunroof emergency close. Hope this helps
