Anyone use Wheel Collision Center out of Allentown PA?
My question is about the silver paint they'd use after repair welding: Does it match factory Cup silver?
[They'd be welding up a rim crack on one wheel and a smallish bead divot on another. Both are my street wheels.]
I'm wondering if I should go through the hurdle of shooting them myself after the repairs - not my preference - or have them paint both.
TIA!

I haven't personally used those guys, but I know of other people who have and they've been happy with the results. I've had good results in the past with Wurth Silver Paint, and I'd ask those guys what kind of paint they use and how it matches the factory shade.
Are they repainting the whole wheel, or just the repair area?

Yeah, the two defects will require welding on the (cast, Cup 1) external surface of the wheel beads, so I figured repainting the whole wheel would be needed.
To ask them to 'just touch it up' to save the cost of a full repaint smacked of a cheapskate ticket to forever-irritating mismatched hues.
So, I figure spend the bucks, n get'r'done.

I work for a company that does rim refinishing in Toronto Canada. If the wheel is cracked on the outer lip you will want to refinish it or you will see the weld/burn marks and lathe marks. Also, they need to be very careful when welding the outer face. If its the inside, its a relatively easy process. Try not to sand down the weld too much. I have seen it crack around the new weld once or twice.
