In the past I've seen a couple pictures of 964, 993, and 997 PhotoChopped with Fuchs. General group feedback up to this point has been that the design looks best on the pre-964 cars. Also the Fuchs design proportions did't always look right in 17"+ sizes (offset, petals dimensions).

Fashion changes though... design and style is usually top down, lead by the factory. I'm sure if an average 997 owner showed up at a local cars & coffee with Fuchs style wheels on his 997, most people wouldn't like the look... but on a factory 911 Sport Classic people will love it. I would assume a lot of people who can afford 997, grew up wanting an 70's-80's Fuchs wheeled Carerra?

I will be interesting to see if Fuchs style rims start popping up on more and more 993 and 964s as a result of the Sport Classic? Love the duck!

The 997 sport is great, but I love the ^^ car too. The Fuchs aren't completely out of style on that car either. Nice pictures!

Love the duck!

Fuchs-style went under my radar. (But not now.)

Udo, You must have raked out the sand or stones after you parked. The shots are very well done.

Anyone seen the price? Not sure in the States but, suggested at £137,000 over in Blighty. Ha Ha! Marketing or engineering? £40k over a spec'd up 997 for non-optional duck tail and alloys. Having said that... WANT!! Sure they will sell all 250 immediately. Then, disappearing into collections, they will never be seen again

Good looking car with good sound too. Lots of money and I think I read it's not coming to North America.

Default offsets

I think the hard part, or at least the modification, would be the offsets on Fuchs wheels. Does anyone make them in the correct offset for our cars, and in a 16 or 17" wheel?

Let's make the new Carrera look like the old Carrera and we'll charge them more for it!! Brilliant!!

That said it's a sensational looking car and I would buy one in a heartbeat had I the means.

The Fuchs look so much better than the chrome wagon wheels that have become the current fashion.

The ducktail, I think you have to have a sense of humor to appreciate that. I like that too.
