Type 35. Clamps right in. Positive and Negative terminals are in the correct location.

I'm not sure that the model '35' is correct.
I believe the conventional wisdom from my searches on this forum is that the 75/35 fits the stock location with the stock hold down. I confirmed today from Optima tech support that the 75/35 (which doesn't appear on their website), and the 75/25 are the same battery. I was told some of their retailers use the 75/35 name for the 75/25 battery.
I believe the straight '35' battery has the neg and pos posts swapped so it wouldn't work.

Three Wheelin'
The 35 is the one I've bought before. Fits perfectly, terminals in the right place, uses factory holddown.
The batteries themselves, regrettably, are pieces of pooh IMO.
I've had two. They apparently either last forever or die within the first few months. Seem to have a QA problem.
Uncle.
I have a plain old NAPA battery now, year-and-a-half, no prob. Bought it with a coupon for half the Optima price.

On the Optimas, I've heard from friends and read mostly good and little bad about them but I'll keep the receipt! I do know that I will prefer having the sealed battery vs. the vented one especially considering that the vent tube dumps directly over the A/C condenser which has been asserted by some lead to the early death of said condenser.

Burning Brakes
I have a yellow top that has been flattened more times than I care to remember (while trying to find an elusive drain) and it's still working well at seven years old. I'd buy another in a heartbeat, unless something has changed in their production.

As you can see from the schematics the posts are swapped on the two batteries, so I'm assuming you were able to turn the battery around to compensate for this.

Like I already said above in response to Bearclaw, it's good to know that the 35 works.
