I think it is supposed to go under the inlet manifold then between and under the the afm and airbox. Will check soon.
EDIT: I checked right the start of a monsoon, so the pics were brief. sorry they are not more informative, but the line should be rerouted.
Air box on, the hose goes aft of the car
Airbox off, same thing, but better view.
This is the same hose, but I did not get to see how it routs there, rain and digital cameras are not friends.

If I'm not mistaken, that goes into the Throttle Body, directly under where the cruise control connects. I have that same hose disconnected now and just went to go check it out.
