Default ISV Cleaning

I've just taken my ISV off and cleaned it with about half a can of Carb & choke cleaner. I cant see any moving elements in the valve! What is supposed to rotate and should it be seeable when the unit is off? The first wash throughs did come out with some oil dissolved but later ones were clean so I believe the valve is thoroughly clean.

There isn't much to see. If you look inside it, you will see a small gap - the valve actually rotates the other way (so in other words, when it rotates, the gap would disappear).

You can put 12v power to it and watch it cycle.

The "shutter" moves left and then past the opening.
