Default Some new pics after KW3 install and zymol

Been busy polishing this week and testing out the great new suspension
- will be leaving it on medium settings for a while.

That looks great. I recently had KWv3 fitted on my 964 and am loving it so far, like you have left it in mid setting till I get near a track.

thanks, i see you like black 911s too. Love the HRE wheels , but i like the 16" originals for lightness & comfort ..
unless i get tempted by some of those big blacks ; are you sourcing from a 928 donor ?

Awsome car, great pics. How much did the suspension set you back??? Did you just do shocks or bushings too???

I got the fronts from Ebay....and the HRE's are lighter than my original Cups!

When I had my KW's fitted I had poly bushes fitted on the front, did you do the same? I must say that there's no reduction in ride quality that I can notice.

Thinking of the KW3's myself...

You've both left them on mid settings - Is it easy to change the ride height once they're fitted? I assume to do so you need to have the geometry done?

Not sure about changing the ride height , i went with a local fitter - Redline Racing - so i could
go back for any adjustments i cant make. I asked for about 20mm above RS and am also finding
no loss of comfort but a way better drive , instant calm reactions. Set up cost £1800 altogether.
New wishbone bushes had been recently fitted so i left as standard.

Glad to hear you like the KWs TJ. Mine have transformed the handling...the car is so much sharper than before. Yours looks a lot higher than 20 mm above RS but I guess that's the effect of the 16 inch rims. Get some 17s on ....you know it makes sense

Looks great. I've just bought some KW V3s from 9Meister, and will be installing them soon. Glad to hear that ride hasn't suffered.

Is it the camera angle, or are your rears just slightly lower than the fronts? I understand that the rears may settle due to engine weight, and you have to re-adjust them after awhile.

Hi Andrew , it was adjusted for rake the front 3mm lower than rear. It is only a few weeks since install so
it hasnt settled any. When the photo was taken the front compartment was empty incl spare wheel & not much
fuel. The front end is certainly much sharper now.

Default Thanks. OT - but do Targa's have more headroom

for the rear seats than coupes? Sure looks that way.
