A disclaimer like that is not standard. I have RH and Fikse wheels and they don't come with any disclaimer... Maybe the cheapo -ebay likes..
I guess it has to do with not being certified by DOT?

That's actually a blanket disclaimer for ALL of our products. If competing wheel manufacturers made additional products, you'd see that disclaimer on their websites as well.
We've gone above and beyond a lot of the other high-end wheel manufacturers with our wheel testing - some don't even bother to test their product - and tested extremely well with Standard Laborotories. Extremely well. - like exceeding requirements for Nascar & Daytona prototype racing.
We're going to get TUV certification as well in the next few months as part of our movement into the European market.

Fuchs/reps are the 2nd-best wheel for the 964, behind the 3.6 Speedlines of course.
