Default Pictures from today's North wales Run

Quietest we've ever had, but a really enjoyable day.

I thought I'd taken 'a few' pics - when I got home I found it was 290!

Quality a bit iffy, as I've just reduced these quickly to plonk on here to show most of you what you missed (such as Dave sweet-talking a policeman...).

I hope Dave is now locked up and they then threw away the key .... Looks a great day so i am so mad i couldn't be there.

You can't fault the great photograph by JB as usual but if you were looking for some more jobs to do on the 964 JB then the door reflection shot is showing some "orange peel" reflection. A G220 meguiars polisher and some menzerma polish will sort that out, just ask as i know myself as i had a few goes at mine recently...

Just realised i sound quite bitter. Maybe that is because the weather is still great and the turbo is still on axles stands and won't be right till next weekend (snapped the last heat exchanger stud). Definately going for a blast next sunday even if it is throwing it down or snowing.

Fantastic shots there John, captures the spirit of the adventure perfectly!

Like Sal I'm more than a bit miffed I couldn't make the trip, hopefully the 968 will be in fine fettle in a couple of weeks.

Next one will be some time shortly after Rob's wedding - and that's June 20th.

Great shots. Good to know we are all the same pathetic lot gadding about in our 964s.

Here's a couple more. Really tremendous roads.

The policeman was just checking us out - decent bloke, rather frustrated by all the mad bikers around, although it turned out to be a surprisingly quiet day with almost no other vehicles for much of the time.

amazing roads, looks great fun. I was in south wales at the weekend and thought the roads there were good, but it looks even better 'oop north. Managed a smooth 500 mile round trip in the 964 I was really impressed that even tight small lanes in the middle of nowhere had super smooth tarmac with no potholes etc...puts Englands roads to shame !
