You do not need reds for a C4. I have greens on my C4 and they work well on the street. The car has also been tracked by the previous owner and nothing catastrophic happened.

In an earlier post, I had mentioned that a salesman I had talked to at Shox.com did not seem to recognize the H&R Sport springs for the 964 as being colored green. Well, I just received my new H&R Sport springs from Shox.com, and they are certainly GREEN. Sorry for any confusion.

Those look great. I have PSS9's, which are baby blue, nice to see colors other than black being used for springs.

Same here.

If I did more track days I would probably fit reds but Green would be ok for occassional track days as well.

UK roads was the reason I went for green thinking that pot holes would be less of an issue with green. Not tested both but I can say greens were a masive improvement over teh standard(worn) springs

I put shox.com straight today. They do know they are greens. I just got mine delivered today as well.

They did believe they are black and H&R shows them they are black.

I spoke to Mark. Future purchasers should be good with no confusion.

That's actually good to hear, since it matches my understanding, at least prior to just receving a set of greens. Glad you squared them away. Perhaps they sell so many different shocks/springs they can't remember what they look like. Also, mine came direct from H&R (although ordered from Shox.com) so maybe they often don't even pass thru their doors.

I've got a tough one for you guys (I think)...I have a used set of RACING DYNAMICS GREEN springs supposedly for 964 fitment. Anyone know anything about these? I don't have specific part numbers right now as the springs are with the car at the shop. (And yes they are Racing Dynamics - as in BMW - supposedly from the mid- to late- '90's/early 2000's) Any insight is appreciated.
