Not sure if the OP is still interested but, yes, the interiors are two-tone, thought the difference is slight. Here are some photos of my 964. Exterior is Midnight Blue. Interior is Cobalt blue. Apologies for the older photos. The interior's been cleaned up a bit since 2013 when I bought the car.
Those interiors are so awesome. My car had the same sweat./grunge look on the flat surfaces; I followed some advice from the M3 folks: Simple Green and a soft brush brings back a factory color, the smell (yuk) disperses after a few days and he result is amazing. Clear color and no residue plus the factory "flat" finish, not shiny, ready then for leather food of which there are 100 choices, all preferred here by various mavens.
I had a friend with a 996TT in cobalt and although similar in color it did not color shift like the older cars. I believe there were changes made to the paint code for the later cars. I have to look at the paint chips at my friends shop. Either case the cobalt GT3 is nice.
Stopped by the repair shop this morning and the motor is going back together! New rings, rebuilt heads, clutch and flywheel, shifter bushings, spring plate bushings, motor sound pad, new fuel lines....
Kona Pop-up— I’m glad that every time I take the Raven out, I remember why it’s what J want to keep for as long as I can, I love the 997 TT BUT, the everything about the 964 makes it really special. The Speed Yellow 997 looks great.
Finally the weather is improving. My son was happy to dedicate his Saturday pulling some of the toys out of the garage cleaning them and taking them for a spin. He really wants the turbo but I am still not ready to let him loose in it so he has to drive it with me in the passenger seat.
An absolute rarity in first-class collector's condition and extremely rare color. This 964 RS is certainly one of the best vehicles of the type that still exist in the world. Absolutely collector's quality and 100% in the first paint. A vehicle which was delivered new in Austria at Porscdhe in Vienna and only had a registration for an owner in Austria. The car has been in a private collection since 2014, was no longer registered and only made a few journeys in motion. 4 services were carried out at Porsche in Austria and documented in the original service booklet.
