Default PPI in Orange County other than Hergesheimer?
The owner has had his car serviced at Hergesheimer, unless of course they would do an unbiased ppi.

Hergesheimer is an excellent place with solid reputation. I wouldn't hesitate to use them. If they've serviced the car they know its history and can alert you of potential issues.
