Default Fresh Air Flap Motor - Failure - I think!

Anyone every replace their fresh air servo motor? I think mine is dead. Any help would be greatly appreciated. I noticed it first when the cabin was staying warm on a very cool day. Checked the fault codes within Scan tool and there see be: #24 Fresh Air Flap Motor. Hope it's an easy fix. Does anyone know the cost of the servo and where the best place to get one. I think the part # is 964 624 901?

Can't search on this because the search function on Rennlist has lost its mind.

Again any help would appreciated
Cheers

I think you need to do more troubleshooting. Your source of cabin heat might be from another cause. With the Scantool you can cycle the various servos as explained here

check the wiring harness too and make sure all plugs are properly connected. I had half my servos out of commission because the harness was only half plugged in.
