Default Brake shim adhesive

Couple of my newish shims came off while reassembling, can double sided tape be used (if so what) or do I need new shim?

No shims for me. Just a good smear of Wurth brake paste on the back of the pads to stop them squealing.

Thumbs up

They are only there to stop any squealing (some times called anti squeal shims) have run mine without for the last couple years with no problems. Plus there’s the added benefit of it being much easier to pull the pads out when needed.

You managed to get the rear callipers off then

Low! Steves car looks fantastic!

The ride height looks perfect.
Soz i didnt take any pics 2day.
For the use my car gets its 2 low, i live in manchester the city ov speed bumps and v poor roads. It wa sthat low when i got it and it was allways grounding out! The front bumper looked like i had it on a grinder.
You gotta choose between looks and driveability, low looks awesome but makes the car slower on apoor surface, but on a good surface! WOW who dosent love a go kart?
I once had a corrado vr that was 45 mm off the floor (a 20 cig packet) looked the tops but it was cra@ bounced all over the road, scared me to death, but wow wot a look.
In fact dont listen to me, i sound like an old man! SLAM that 64 as low as it wil go! DO IT!!!
