I have had several snaps reaplced, your local shoemaker will do it. Mine added a nice piece of leather from behind for support and installed a nice new snap. Perfect repair and it was cheap. Good luck.

Just follow the very good instructions that come with the kit, it really is very good stuff when applied correctly color match was spot on.
