Since you're on a budget, get a set of Keskin KT2 wheels. They're replicas of the 3.6 Turbo wheels, which are recognized as being the best looking wheel for a 964.

Keskin KT2's are very heavy and the quality isn't great - in the UK many seem to have peeling lacquer after a few months (they don't like salt) but they are relatively cheap. They only have 32 "bolts" instead of the 40 in the Speedlines and RH P-Rads, which means they don't look quite as nice IMHO. You can pick them up new from eBay Germany for $950:
