You have a GT3... so shut up!

But I agree... the feeling of the 964 (or an older 911 for that matter), is very special. I hope I never have to get rid of the 964.

The GT3 is an amazing car with unbelievable/scary performance but it does not have the feel of a 964. As I have mentioned before, the 964 is a balanced car that encouraged you to push it harder with confidence. When I drive the GT3, I just get the impression it wants to kill me.

Best I can do with a 964 is with Karen circa 2000! I'm always the one taking the photos, and it's pretty rare that I put people in the car pictures.........

Might want to take Karen's picture closer to a bathroom, Ken!

Your not hijacking by any means. Except for the fat fenders and that turbo thingamjig tucked back there somewhere etc, etc, its the same car. So bring on the Turbos too.

I am glad everyone is enjoying this thread. This is great. The 993 guys had a huge thread like this so we gotta beat em.

Wicked. That is fantastic. Your so right about the price of Lindsey rims. When I did the math to get them to Canada, I nearly fell off my chair. I'm sure there are better ways to spend that kind of money on a 964 other than rims!

You may have sold me on black wheels with a GP White car though.

All the best.

A scruffy shot of myself with the 73, and below that a shot of the car on 3 wheels. I know it's not a 964, but I am preparing the car for sale in order to make room for the next obsession. 964 ownership Making room for a white car this time. The GT3 in the avatar came and went quickly. Great car, but as Matt said, it's like waiting for the dog to bite. The 964 is more like the early car behaviourly, and opens a whole new world of discovery and learning.
